What do you like most about having a food truck?
getting into the community, coming up with new menu items, leaving people with a positive experience
Where did the name of your food truck come from?
The Lighthouse represents an opportunity for us to shine wherever we are through our love for people, our bright, wholesome menu + our upbeat personality + intentional service. We want to leave every place, contact, partner + customer with a good, impactful experience.
Why did you decide to join HRFTA?
To find more service opportunities, business support + community connection. We'd love to become more visible as we are still building + growing as a newer business.
