What did you do before you owned a food truck?
Mail Carrier and food catering.
What do you like most about having a food truck?
Freedom to be creative and meeting new people and experiencing something new with them.
Where did the name of your food truck come from?
Growing up Sunday was family day and dinner was always special on Sundays. When i started cooking I would share that with my friends and I started having dinners on Sundays hence the name Sundayz with shev.
Why did you decide to join HRFTA?
To be apart of a community that understands what I am trying to do as well as wanting to learn how to navigate the business and bring more awareness to our brand.
Why did you decide to open a food truck/get into the food truck business?
I love food. I Graduated college and been searching for my passion and I discovered it through cooking food with love and having people enjoy that. I wanted to be mobile because I want to be able to go to different cities/locations instead of being in one area.
