All Food are cooked fresh to order and we are The only Cajun and Creole truck in Hampton Roads.
What did you do before you owned a food truck?
Worked 25 years with the American Red Cross and before that the US Navy.
What do you like most about having a food truck?
The independence and the love interacting with the customer about food.
Where did the name of your food truck come from?
I combined two separate words I came across while doing research for the truck name.

Why did you decide to open a food truck/get into the food truck business?
I always had a love for cooking for others and long considered opening a restaurant after retiring. The food truck seemed to be a good middle ground.
