What did you do before you owned a food truck?
Gabriele the owner has owned several restaurants over the past 20 years  with the latest being Salvatore’s on Princess Anne and Baxter. After  selling his part of the restaurant, he decided to take his passion for food to the streets. He has been featured as one of the Top 10 Italian  restaurant in Virginia. He has cooked for Jimmy Buffet and many other  important people. He and the food truck have been featured on the Hampton Roads food show. Gabriele comes straight from Milan Italy.
