Our smash burgers are the best in the 757!
What did you do before you owned a food truck?
I have worked in restaurants since I was 15, from washing dishes to general manager I have done it all.
What do you like most about having a food truck?
The freedom to move around to new places and meet new people.
Where did the name of your food truck come from?
I'm a big fan of Halloween and we also float around so Ghost seemed appropriate.
Why did you decide to join HRFTA?
I was referred by Wangs.
Why did you decide to open a food truck/get into the food truck business?
I wanted to be my own boss.
