B&B offers fresh seafood made daily
What did you do before you owned a food truck?
I currently work for the Department of the Navy in Acquisition.
What do you like most about having a food truck?
It’s rewarding seeing my customers rave about my food!
Where did the name of your food truck come from?
The two B’s stand for me and my sons first name, Brett Sr. and Brett Jr. The boil is for the low-country boil.
Why did you decide to join HRFTA?
I was referred.
Why did you decide to open up a food truck?
I enjoy cooking delicious food especially seafood cooked right!
